SAC Meeting Notes - 4/19/07

Meeting Summary - The first meeting of the Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) for the Ventura County Watershed Planning Project began with introductions and background about the project. Following introductions we discussed needs and problems, as well as opportunities and potential solutions. We closed with discussion about what outcomes the project could achieve that would be most useful in addressing key issues. Participants raised many issues centering on issues of policy, education, collaboration, and funding/economics.
