October 2005 - The purpose of this document is to comply with the Second Term Permit, Regional Water Quality Control Board Order No. 00-108 which requires submittal by October 1, 2005 of an Annual Storm Water Report and Assessment. This Report discusses the Co-permittees’ Second Term Permit compliance activities for the period of July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005 and includes a description of all activities that were conducted during the reporting period and an assessment of program effectiveness.
